Why salesforce admins drink

I would like to get some suggestions for this scenario, that am facing in my current organization any implementation solution help would be appreciated! The contact page and all of its data like name, email, specialties, address, etc.

Salesforce has an out-of-the-box display widget that plots any record that is associated with an account on a timeline organized by some date field on that related record.
