What's this? United States change. Pros: The ownership is amazing. The education is amazing. The comp plan is awesome. Cons: It is not all my own money! Good atmophere, team oriented, flexibility.

Pros: I have the ability to have flexibility with my schedule. Compared to past places of employment it is not very stressful. They do have a lot of materials to learn more about your position and others. Cons: I did not health coverage. With the realtor I work with unless he does well I don't get bonuses. When business is slow it can be extremely boring. Busy all day. Personal Assiatant. Pros: the family atmosphere. The agents I work with make it a great place to work.

Pros: The family like atmosphere with the agents. Cons: Not feeling appreciated by upper management. Things can be all over the place at times. Pros: Being able to work from home. Cons: Their paperwork isn't correct.

I love it. Cons: Putting up open house signs. New research shows that each woman experiences the disparity of gender pay gap in different ways, depending on her position, age, race and education.

It feels like I have personal life cheerleaders helping me toward my goals. I love that education about real estate is super accessible to all agents at any level. I love the energy of the staff and their willingness to help any way at any time! The sense of community among the agents is refreshing. Everyone has a great attitude.

Positivity flows through everyone!! The technology available through KW is unparalleled. Super impressive! I always feel welcomed among the agents. Love it!! Keller Williams is the place to be!! The Staff are amazing! I thought I might get lost in such a large office within a large company. Never happened. I think every agent should start at Keller Williams. You may never want to work anywhere else.

There are areas for improvement. Classes are sometimes canceled without proper notifications to the agents. This happens too often. I think the KW website is a dinosaur. These a just a couple of the many issues I found with the website. There are two full-time Coaches for new agents. They just need one or two more Coaches. Classes are great, as far as they go.

I took several classes on doing Open Houses but never felt proficient. The classes are all lectures with questions and answers. There are many, many, reasons why Keller Williams is Number 1 and the best way to discover them is to work there. I like the culture, the professional atmosphere that is very uplifting and positive at Keller Williams.

I love The energy, passion and enthusiasm to do everything with excellence. Abundant mindset always and living life that models God first, family and then business. I think everything is amazing now right now, there is not anything I currently see that I have any complaints about.

Surrounding yourself with KW agents is to find success and thrive in all areas of your life! I like the people and leadership. Trainings and support of staff. Office accessibility and development if agents They could improve Command and systems. Paperwork is too difficult For new agents this is the best company to be. I like the the available training and educational tools to be a successful agent.

The KW agents as a whole. I think we have an awesome market center. They could improve command.. Achieve Keller Williams strong! It makes it easier to get my foot in the door. The name has great brand recognition.

I feel lost in a pool of hundreds of people. I started during covid. I still have not done orientation and no one even seems to care. I really know very little about the ins and outs that the brand has to offer.

Because I feel like once I do submerge myself there will be too many things to involve myself in. So I keep a low profile trying to decide if this is even what I want to do anymore.

Covid really shot a hole in my ballon. And left me with a lot of questions. Right now there are more agents in this country than there are listings. If you want to succeed in real estate, you should have at lease months of money saved to pay for bills and necessities.

It will take at least that long to start making money. Unless of course you already have a few bones lined up to list or buyers ready and waiting for you. The support and tools provided. Everyone is so friendly and patient. The tools go beyond just hoping to be successful in closing a sale… It really is how to manage your business as a successful entrepreneur.. Thank you to everyone who is taking the time to assist a newbie or even an experienced agent with a new situation. I like the support our team leader, broker and other agents offer.

Especially for a fairly new agent as myself. I also like that the company is well known and respected. But for now, I am pleased. If you are a first time agent, KW should definitely be on your radar for Brokerages to consider.

They have so many training opportunities available. I really liked the classes they offered. Command was a great tool that provided many useful resources in advertising yourself online and in print. I am not sure about KW as a whole but the individual offices , one in particular, needs to be more inclusive.

And not make new agents feel overlooked or unimportant because they are not a top producer. Stay on top of your paperwork. Never leave it up to the office to do something. At Keller Williams my market center has been very helpful! Family oriented. Great people to be involved with. Education is great! Values are right in with mine. They could improve on communication, timely resolution to issues with Command. Keeping in touch to see how progress is going I really like the Bold program and the Broker for my market center is amazing!

Always answers and honest! I like the profit share opportunities to build passive income at Keller Williams. I also appreciate the many trainings available to the Agents. The energy of our culture is also important! Keep it high and include introverts lol! Keller Williams is an amazing company. What makes keller Williams amazing is the incredible support of helping agents build their real estate business.

They have great resources as coaching, technology and they help agents improve themselves as a person. For example, the office I choose west Fort Worth, they are a small office. That is what I felt was best for me.

I like everything about my office, the environment that was created, the support in improving your business, and the support they is giving to an agents personal life. They have created a family relationship and that is important in a work space. Keller Williams is always doing something to improve their company and creating new opportunities of growth, which is amazing for agents like me. Keller Williams has made it possible to create classes, apps and etc.

I love to share to another agent is that keller Williams is the best company to work under. Keller Williams Is there for you to improve your self and your business. They also make clear that family is important and keller Williams has made it possible to help agents in need. What made me choose keller Williams is what I was told the order of importantes is God, Family and then business.

I have the support and training I need to be great at my job! I work with the best in the business and know that these individuals care about my career growing. I appreciate the training available, the mentorship, the teamwork, and the overall support from my broker, my office staff, and my peers. Each and every time I have had an unusual situation, there has been someone at my office willing and able to help me navigate it.

I can text my broker, the office leadership team, and the staff anytime I need something and they are always available to help. I've been flattered to be the person other agents call when they are in need of my expertise. Most of all, I appreciate the attitude that we're all in this together. I don't know that all of that applies to every Keller Williams office. I do know that Steven Schlueter and my broker, Avis Wukasch create the best work environment possible. I hear other agents from other brokerages complain about the fees Keller Williams charges for training and for transactions.

That might be true, but I think it's all about the type of office you want to be in and the amount of support you want to have. Keller Williams would not be right for every agent. As an experienced agent, I still appreciate the continued education and support when things get complicated. Other agents may not think that's worth the money they pay. I worked at two different brokerages before Keller Williams. As a newer agent, I don't think any other brokerage can possibly compare.

As an experienced agent, I'm just too happy to ever leave. What I like most about Keller Williams Realty are their values. I do know that not all agents live by them, and not all offices may live up to them.

But, this is why I have been with Keller Williams for 20 years and have no reason to go anywhere else. My goal is that each of my clients see the Keller Williams values in every step of the transaction. I have always seen these values in the staff at our office and in each leader of this company. I am very proud to say I am a Keller Williams agent!

The technology side of house tends to give me the most frustration. Patience is the name of the game. There is no better real estate company in the world that gives more effort, time and money toward the instruction of being the best one can be in this industry. I will be forever grateful for those who have poured their lives into making my business profitable. Keller Williams has good people.

Able to help and give advice even with a busy schedule. I liked April and Dustin a lot. They could improve with some evening trainings if possible for side job positions. I like the education, and the other agents in my office. The accessibility to Broker, and office personnel. They could improve the splits or lower the cap rates for the agents. I would be so much further in my career!

KW as a whole not much of anything. We are only still here because of our Broker. She has been a great friend to us over the years. KW should do a monthly flat rate, do away with cap requirements, also do away with Command!!!!!! Technology is a disaster and NOT user friendly! Top notch real estate company with the most impressive technology and branding across the real estate industry.

This company has been in the business for years so its constantly evolving with current market conditions. If your looking to build a great foundation in your career look no further. This a place that provides a positive environment where people can grow to whatever level of an agent they wish to be. Marty Kelly is someone I have known for many years. Always available, supportive. Creates that positive place. I really don't have anything to suggest for improving an already positive place.

Nice folks all coming from different backgrounds. Keller Williams high level of training along with the team leader knowing each agent and where they are in their business. As an agent I always feel I have backing. Kw open arms to share and help one another is another one of their strong attributes. I feel KW should have improved marketing. TV would help! Zillow is all over the TV.

I personally feel Keller Williams agents are superior as result of their training and backing from other agents in the office. Each transaction is unique and knowing there are skilled agents, team leader and broker in the drop of a hat available to Assist.

The office energy is motivating as well. Keller Williams has a fantastic training program for their new agents. KW also truly cares about their agents and offers a lot of support as well as continued education opportunities.

Even after capping we still get charged a royalty fee. It is too expensive. If you are a new agent just getting started, KW is the place to be!! They have wonderful classes and awesome coaching available too.

The people and the culture are amazing at Keller Williams. I have life long friends from KW. The training is also outstanding They could improve a few things. Command is a train wreck. Takes so much time and crashes and just not very user friendly. Everything costs money: office fees, BOLD, coaching. I always felt like I was being pushed to do these things. Your split is super high too. You need one central home place where agents can find everything from classes to videos to marketing materials.

I believe KW trained me to be better than most agents out there. I will always cherish my time with KW and the friends I made there but in the end the splits and command platform became too much for me and I moved to ReMax after 6 years with KW.

The resources they provide are exceptional. There is training on all real estate topics, We are updated on all new laws and regulations. Some of the fees could be reduced. I know they have to have a certain amount of funds in order to provide all of their many services.

I It's really wonderful when you hit the capping point. I love the family atmosphere at Keller Williams. The education is priceless. Everyone from the cappers to the season agents grants favorable time to anyone that needs assistance. I love Keller Williams. This company is very innovative KWU is a 5 star university. We have education, tools, apparel. Every thing that a Realtor can hope and ask for is there. This is a great place to hang your license.

There are agents here with 20 plus years of experience. Great company!!!! I love all of the resources and the culture of this brokerage! They want you to succeed and give you all the tools to do so. I don't see anything that needs to change.

You guys are doing great! I dont like Keller Williams. I've found them to not care at all about my success. It's nearly impossible to get answers or responses. The veteran agents use the novice ones without any regard for helping them gain their own clients. It's terrible. Make new agents feel like they actually matter and are not just a waste of time. Answer questions. Give guidance Don't join Keller williams.

The management at Keller Williams is exemplary. Our team leader in Celina is the best. They could offer more help to agents Who are not as technologically savvy. I live about 45 miles from my office which is definitely inconvenient. A closer office would be nice.

I am on a team with low morale within Keller Williams. No other major complaints so far, but I'd like to learn more for myself and transition into a higher role. I like the extensive training they provide for their new agents, and everybody is so supportive.
